Refund & Cancellation Policy

The tuition includes a $175 non-refundable administrative fee per event.

In the event Jean Houston cancels the event, all program fees paid will be refunded.

All student cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. It is also advisable to call the Jean Houston office at (541) 488-1200 as soon as you know you must cancel.

Full refunds minus the administrative fee will be available up to 30 days prior to an event. For any refund requested 15-30 days prior to an event, the amount paid over the non-refundable portion will be credited to a future Jean Houston program for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation.

There are no refunds or exchanges on cancellations within 15 days of the event.
